ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) implementation
Our client, a large aged care provider, faced the common problem of having a number of stand alone applications with little integration between them. This meant there was a high level of time-consuming manual processing moving data from one application to another, requiring dedicated resourcing with an associated risk of human error.
Novigi was engaged to review and analyse the existing systems and applications. We recommended the implementation of Novigi’s ESB, a tool to support the integration of existing applications. This was a cost-effective solution that removed the need for costly replacement systems.
Following the successful implementation of the ESB, the positive business outcomes for our client include:
- Reduction of manual processing resulting in cost savings

Re-platform strategy and implementation
A leading e-commerce business engaged Novigi to undertake a review of its existing technology platform. We produced a technology platform strategy that was to be used as a roadmap for a complete application and infrastructure upgrade to facilitate anticipated growth of the business.
Our review included detailed analysis of the existing business processes, applications and infrastructure to clearly understand the business requirements. Due to the complexity and bespoke nature of the business requirements, we recommended a custom built scalable platform that aligns to the business strategy and goals. This included replacement of the existing digital platform and the implementation of an integrated wholesale order processing and management platform.

Proof of Concept
A financial services start-up engaged Novigi to scope and build out a proof of concept for its product.
We undertook a detailed scoping study to understand and document the proposed software solution. We then performed the necessary analysis in order to build the minimum viable product that allows clients to connect to and test against, along with associated documentation. We also consulted with key stakeholders and interested parties throughout the process to assist our client with technology related queries and responses.
The positive business outcomes for our client include:
- A functioning proof of concept to showcase the product to potential customers
- A successful round of capital raising to fund the full build of the product*
